NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Berlin will hold a public hearing on Resolution 2011-01, a proposed annexation of the lands of Derrickson Enterprises, LLC.  Situated on the southeast corner of the intersection of US Rt. 113 and Germantown Road and adjoining the corporate limits of Berlin, Maryland, the property is further identified as Parcel 319 on Worcester County Tax Map #32 and containing +/- 7.853 acres of land as surveyed and described by Madison J. Bunting Jr. Surveyor, Inc. dated 01/15/2004.

The public hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. on February 14, 2011 in the Mayor and Council Chambers, 10 William Street, Berlin MD.  The public is invited to attend and comment.  A copy of the Resolution and Annexation Agreement is available for inspection in Town Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
