The Town of Berlin will hold a public hearing on Ordinance 2011-01, an ordinance of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin, Maryland, a Maryland municipal corporation, repealing Chapter 25, Titled Utility Commission, in its entirety.
The public hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. on March 28, 2011 in the Mayor and Council Chambers, 10 William Street, Berlin, MD. The public is invited to attend and comment.
Pending passage, this Ordinance shall become effective on April 18, 2011.
